He reminds us that just as we can not save ourselves neither can we keep ourselves. We need to continual live in dependence on our loving Father and humble ourselves and cry out to Him and he is ready and willing to come to our aid.
In this message, Our Father In Heaven, Kenny is in Matt 6:9, the first phrase of the Lord’s Prayer.He shares how the Jesus is characterizing the Father for us. Jesus is not just giving us a new title to address the Father by but wanting to understand how we should know and relate to the Father and understand how He sees us and relates to us as His beloved children.
In this message, Straining For The Goal, Kenny is in Philippians chapter 3 reminding us to count all things loss so we can have an intimate dynamic relationship with Christ and experientially know Him and the power of resurrection now that enables us to “live a new life” in Christ.
