Set Your Hope

In this message, Set Your Hope, Kenny is in 1 Peter 1:1-13 where he reminds us of who we are as God’s “Elect Exiles” and that by God’s great mercy, we have a “Living Hope” birthed within us. Then he calls us to set that hope on the grace to be revealed at Jesus’ return so that hope transforms us and brings hope to others.

Ephesians – Part 8

This is part 8 in a teaching series on Ephesians. Kenny finishes up on Ephesians 2:1-10. The focus in the episode is looking at verses 8-10 and Paul’s statement that we are God’s workmanship craeated in Christ Jesus for good works that God prepared in advance for us to walk in. Kenny gives some ideas of what the works are that we are called to walk in, from character and values to supernatural works like healing the sick.

Ephesians – Part 7

This is part 7 in a teaching series on Ephesians. Kenny continues in Ephesians 2:1-10. The focus in the episode is looking at verses 4-7 from God’s perspective and why it is important to understand this. We have a new identity and new position in Christ and God saved us so that we could walk in that new identity and new position all to the praise and glory of God.

Ephesians – Part 6

This is part 6 in a teaching series on Ephesians. Kenny starts into Ephesians 2:1-10 by first giving these verses some context by connecting it to Paul’s prayer that closes out chapter 1. In Ephesians 2:1-10 Paul tells them how the power of God, that was at work in raising Jesus from the dead in the past, was the power at work in us in the past, is also now at work in us in the present, and will continue to work in us in the future to transform us to be like Jesus.
