In Ephesians 2:1-10 Paul tells them how the power of God, that was at work in raising Jesus from the dead in the past, was the power at work in us in the past, is also now at work in us in the present, and will continue to work in us in the future to transform us to be like Jesus.

That God is eternal, all-powerful, all-knowing and sovereign and is a God of Strong purpose and specific will and has invited the Ephesians and us to participate with in bringing His will to as history is moving toward its ultimate culmination.
This is part 2 in a teaching series on Ephesians. Kenny begins a discussion on some of the various aspects of Ephesians 1:3-14. He starts with the spiritual blessings God the father has given us and then shares how this reveals the disposition of the Father’s heart to be benevolent toward us. He shares how Paul is contrasting the various Pagan gods these believers would have been familiar with to our heavenly Fathering hopes that the believers would be grounded in the great love and grace of the Father.
